Alexander: Kids, there are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Hamilton way.

Philip: Isn’t the Hamilton way just the wrong way?

Alexander: Yeah but it’s faster.

Once you become a certain age, it is your responsibility to unlearn behaviors that hinder your growth as a person.

Man I cannot stress this enough. The “this is how I am, take it or leave it” attitude is an act of immaturity. We all have toxic traits that we need to work on and as an adult it’s our responsibility to recognize the damage that they can do to the ones we love. We all need to put in more effort in becoming better individuals.

Stand up.

I was very happy that

1) This episode was about the TARDIS team stopping someone else changing history, so it didn’t take away from Rosa choosing to do this all on her own and

2) that, especially in the current climate, we got an episode about how breaking an immoral law is the right thing to do

And that sometimes, if allies want to help, the best thing they can do is sit down.

I really loved the fact that as much as Team Tardis wanted to help, they didnt help her, or save her. I love that Graham was like “But it will make me uncomfortable, I will want to help!” ad the Doctor was like “You need to BE uncomfortable, and you need to let her do what she needs to do.”
